We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, we’ve made it as simple as possible. We are able to accept the return of unused items for a full refund within 14 days of their purchase. Please use the returns form on the contact us page, to let us know you are returning an item.
For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund or exchange on unused items.

- Fill in the form on the contact page, notifying us you wish to return an item.
- Please note: For bundle and deal purchases, individual components may not be returned separately.
- Pack your returns carefully in the original packaging, and obtain a proof of postage receipt and retain for your records.
Luuna Skin is not responsible for the cost of returns and is solely down to the customer to cover these costs.
We are only able to refund the price of the product and not the price of delivery when purchased.
If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving your order.
